By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products and Pricing
– All products are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, specification, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates.
– Prices listed on our website are for reference only and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed in your pro forma invoice (PI) or quotation.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
– Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified in your quotation.
– Accepted payment methods include: T/T (Bank Transfer), Western Union, PayPal, and other methods agreed upon in writing.
– For bulk orders, a deposit of 30% is required to start production, with the balance paid before shipment.
Customized orders (OEM/ODM) require a non-refundable deposit.
4. Shipping and Delivery
– Production lead time is typically 7–15 working days for standard products and 15–30 working days for customized orders, depending on order quantity.
– Shipping methods include: DHL, FedEx, UPS, by air, or by sea. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
– Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
– The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in their country.
5. Returns and Warranty
– All our LED lighting products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects only.
– The warranty does not cover: damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, water ingress beyond the rated IP protection, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
– If you receive defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
– Return shipping costs for defective products are borne by us. Return shipping for non-defective items is borne by the buyer.
6. Intellectual Property
– All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, trademarks, and designs, is the property of Guangzhou Langxi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
– You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from our website without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
– We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or legal penalties.
– Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Guangzhou, China.
